Will I have an order tracking number for my shipment? 
You may or may not receive a tracking number for your shipment depending on the courier service. If you are assigned a tracking number, please refer to the links above to track your orders.

We drop off parcels at the post office 1 to 3 business days after receiving your payment.   
It then takes 1 to 3 business days for the postal system to update their tracking system with the tracking numbers of our parcels.

Please note that our delivery methods of Air Registered mail and Speedpost (EMS) require a signature upon delivery.  This means that if there is no one to sign for the parcel in person when the postman delivers it to your address, it will be sent to a local post office outlet.  A notice will be left at your address asking you to pick up the parcel at the post office.

For E-Express, it does not require signature when delivery. The postman will deliver the parcel to the mail box of your address directly. 
Can my order be delivered to a Post Office Box address?
Our couriers will not deliver to post office (PO) box addresses.  For efficient delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.
If your address is in Dubai, a PO Box number must be included in the address as this is the request from Dubai local mail service (United Arab Emirates). Without the PO Box number, HK Post cannot deliver the parcel to a Dubai address.
What happens to my order if it can't be delivered by the courier service and is returned to Pinkicon
All shipments returned to Pinkicon are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.
When we receive undeliverable shipments, Pinkicon will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments will be charged the same fees as's regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping. Reshipments to Hong Kong addresses will be charged a reshipment fee of HK$25. For oversea, this will be charged according to our shipping fee table.
If you would like to treat it as a return, we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 50% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded. This does not apply to errors on behalf of Pinkicon's which will be courteously corrected.
Do I need to pay for custom tax for postage?
When customers ordering products in is considered as importer of the product. So Customers are responsible to pay for customs duties, import taxes and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT) or other import sales taxes. Customs regulations vary from different counties or regions. Pinkicon does not guarantee whether imports of each shipment are required to pay any taxes. For import tax matters, please contact your local customs for enquires.
Customers also may have to pay other charges, such as administrative, service charges, import tariffs and customs fee. Customers need to sign for the shipment for paying related costs.
Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
When ordering from Pinkicon, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. Customs policies vary by country and Pinkicon cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
Shipments to China may be subject to local customs rules and regulations determined by the China government.  China customs may ask the importer (the customer) for additional identification or other documents necessary for customs clearance. Customers are required to abide by the regulations for proper clearance of the shipment.
Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
What If delivery time delays due to the  unexpected shipping problems?
If unexpected problems occur, such as withholding customs, transportation companies delays, etc. Pinkicon will help as much as we can but not responsible for damage caused in transit or damaged.
What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value.  We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments.  If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated items.
All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we despatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment.
